New Membership

Residents of the Lake Reality Community:

As a resident of Arbor Estates or the Lake Reality community, you may request membership to be approved by the board of directors as long as you are in good standing with the Lake Reality Association.


Non-Resident Membership:
You must be a resident of Kinnelon, NJ. New non-resident membership requests  will be considered on a first-come-first-served basis. There is a waiting list to join Lake Reality. At times the list can be lengthy and take 1-2 years to be approved as membership turns over. Our membership is limited to afford maximum enjoyment of our facilities.
